Printer Problem

HI,
I am on windows 10.
I have a hp deskjet 1050a printer and have it connected to my assusX553S. It worked fine after getting the updated driver for it. It now has a print stuck in the queue and wont delete. I have tried everything from running the print and scan doctor to going into services and stopping and starting and in the system 32 deleting in the printer folder the files too. Yesterday i unplugged the printer and did not use it for the rest of the day as i was so frustrated with it, but the printer icon was still in the task bar showing it was deleting all day.

If you cant resolve your issue contact HP and explain what is happening with your printer with Windows 10 and they will help you as I had a similar situation and they resolved it for me by logging on to my computer .
