I've bought this product which is a card with an activation code on it but when i go to the Kaspersky site to download it I can't find where to put the code. It only seems to offer products to buy. Can anyone help please? TIA

One puts activation codes in when the product has been installed and needs activation. I think if you buy the product the activation code should work, if it is legitimate.

If possible, do as suggested by Murdo. Alternatively, you could have an '0n-line' chat with a Kaspersky representative: cheaper than a direct telephone call.
