On my desktop, with Norton 2005 I don't see any adverts on this site.

With the new laptop, with Norton 2007 I am blinded by the blinking and flashing things. Also Adverts appears as the first topic on the left which I don't see on the desktop.

Is there any way I can block the adverts on the laptop.
Both run on XP.
