need help with broadband!!!

Please can anyone help as I am not getting anywhere with Talk talk (my provider).

Basically I can go on the internet but I can't access all the sites I need, for example I can go on www.msn.co.uk but I cant access my emails, I can go on www.ebay.co.uk but I cant access my account. Anything secure seems to have a problem my internet just disconnects it has never done this before.

I have contacted talk talk numerous times but they are very unhelpful, can anyone please suggest anything I can do.

Uninstall the poxy firewall that talk talk provided and get your own mate preferably Comodo or Zone Alarm.

thanks although talk talk advised this to us and we have disabled it however it has made no difference, any other suggestions??

Hello lh8503. My daughter has this very same problem. She is on Talktalk but cannot find any reference on the computer to Talktalk to enable her to remove the firewall. Obviously, she cannot get on to the internet to find out. I hope someone has the answer.
