I think you'll find that anyone stupid enough to reply to you with regard to the software that you will require may find themselves temporarily banned from here.
It is illegal to copy pre-recorded films or software of any description in this country Gina.

strange cos ive just gone through some questions because i thought id seen it before and have found several answers
Well I am not the overseer of this sites integrity.
A bit of a sweeping statement Wolfeymole as you dont know what films gina32 is talking about and whether they are copyright or not.

On the assumption that youre not doing anything illegal, do a google search for Bittorrent sites, there's loads of them. How you burn them to dvd depends on what computer youre running etc etc.

I use this program to create DVDs from MPEG video (or WMV or DV)... http://www.vso-software.fr/products/convert_x_ to_dvd/

For anything that needs editing/cleaning/adding effects etc I use Nero or CyberLink PowerDirector.

I always use Movavi Video Suite to burn film, my friend recommend it to me, very easy to use and works perfect for me, here is a guide about it
