How can I add personal animated cartoons or pictures on to my emails or documents other than downloading them from the internet. I`ve used Smiley Central and similar downloads but I would really like to make my own.

Smileys (or should that be 'smilies'?) are usually simple animated gif files. There's plenty of software available for creating your own. Try this:
