Give the name of the Computer
Give the name of the OS (XP, Linux, Vista )
What exactly do you mean by "a full clearance" ?
A full clearance would mean a complete blank formatted Hard Drive and I am pretty sure that is not what you want.
If you are sure you do then it is easy but we await your response.

windows xp,emachines 120
basically i just want to restore it back to factory settings,
will it matter that ive upgraded from 64mb-128mb and 20gb-80gb.
i'm having loads of bother signing into certain websites, keep getting runtime error messages so i feel the only way to solve this is to restore to factory settings so it uninstalls any crap i have on.
You should have an XP Operating System Installation Disc provided.
If you upgraded from 20GB to 80 GB you must have done a re-installation from this.
The RAM upgrade will not matter.
The most important thing is to extract all your Data (Music, Pictures, Documents) before you boot up from the XP Disc.
Make sure you have your installation discs for any programs you use.
Once you have a clean install put on AVG Antivirus .
