Email Failure in Outlook Express

When selecting 'send/receive' the above codes appear in message box and I am unable to access emails.

Could you please advise me on how to proceed.

If you search on 10061 and outlook Express you find a few places were you can get help. Like here

Have you (or anyone else) changed any of your mail settings because it looks like that may be the problem.
Shluld make clear that the text used in the link above are just examples.

You need to put YOUR POP3 and SMTP settings and other information.

You should have been given them by your ISP when you signed up with them.
