File conversion

Is there someone who can recommend a user friendly program to convert .VOB, .BUP, .DAT and .IFO files to JPEG. These files are from my DVD recorder discs
and I'm running XP.

My sincere apologies for taking so long to reply to your very prompt answer.
The truth is, that as a senior/silver surfer, I'm finding the whole business of converting VOB etc to useful files that can be edited, very confusing.
I did look at the Gomplayer site you mention but wasn't able to do much with it.
I think that I should now look on line for some tuition sites.
