"Save As" or "Copy and Paste"

When I receive an email attachment, I sometimes use the "Save As" option, but other times I just copy and paste the document into a folder.

Does it matter which one I use? Are there advantages of using one method over the other one?

both ways are doing the same thing, it matters not one bit which method you use.
