Recently, I've tried to watch Internet TV, on my laptop, but quite a lot of the prgrammes don't stream properly. They keep freezing, the sound jumps or the buffer starts to build, again, before they carry on playing.
How can I cure this problem.

This happens because the video cannot be downloaded quickly enough from the internet for you to watch it in real time.

How can you cure it ?

If this only happens now again and again, then you may have to live with it. It may be happening when the interent, or the server the video comes from, is busy.

If you have the option, chose a lower quality image.

Or get a faster broadband connection.

If you are connecting to the interent via a wireless router try to connect to the router via a wire.

Getting a better or faster computer will NOT solve this problem as it is the broadband connection that is causng the problem not your computer.

Ooer, ChuckFickens...that's hit a nerve. I've just looked for the info - here it is:

Memory
256/512 MB of DDR333 SDRAM standard, upgradeable to 2048 MB with dual so DIMM modules
 512 KB flash ROM BIOS

So, I don't know if I've got 512MB, or only 256MB...hm!

Oops! I forgot the connection speed, which I believe is 2MB.
