Printing a copy (Vista)

When I print out a copy of an old letter from My Documents it comes out with todays date. How do I get it to print the original date?

could already be too late.

sounds like you used the date function .... which will always show today
... you need to use the created field instead
too late now

if you didn't save ... the file properties should still hold the info you need ... just overtype the whole field
