at the moment it's in a couple of magazine's hotlists
yes
how long?
given that inkjet printers cost the earth to run - there is (in my opinion) no such thing as a good one - but this is probably one of the least bad ones - so if you really must you could do a lot worse. ;-)
oh .... and what's a 13 year old doing up at this time?????

IVE GOT AN EPSON DX4800 ALL IN ONE
COMPATABLE INK CARTS COST ABOUT A QUID EACH.
IF YOU CAN SUGGEST A CHEAPER PRINTER , OTHER THAN ONE OF THOSE CONTINUOUS INK SYSTEMS ID BE GLAD TO HEAR .
Mine takes 4 different colours .
Id always advise getting an epson due to the availability and sheer value of compatable inks.

sounds good - but don't shoot the messenger - I only answered the question
the whole pixima range is getting rave reviews
and this one is the current topper in PC Pro.
(personally I won't have one .... I don't do much printing my stuff goes to pdf and is printed professionally
I have an HP laserjet 4+ bought from an office clearence.
it included a new cartridge (good for 10000 copies)
it will stand all year - and print immediately
(new toner 60 - which I may need in about 2020)
btw
wot's dth

I have an iP4300 (which I think was the forerunner of the iP4500) and I wouldn't be without it FOR COLOUR PRINTING - the quality is great, especially for photos
Mind you, I'd also stick to Canon inks and papers - the combination of the three does seem unbeatable
Shop around for consumables though as the cartridges are NOT cheap, and won't last so long if you do all your printing in "colour"
I also have a Laserjet 6p for the majority of my printing - how often do you REALLY need colour after all?
