I have MS Office 2007, and in Excel, I would like to have the 'menu bar' "HOME" on top. I cannot find MS help to do this.

Advice please! Thanks in advance.

Do you want the file to be called HOME or the sheet called Home (at bottom of page).

If you type Home in the Fn ribbon it will be placed at the top of first column.
Your question is not very clear. If you mean that the "Ribbon" (which is what MS call the tabbed toolbar that includes Home, View, etc) is not visible, right-click the Menu bar, and uncheck the option "Minimize the Ribbon".

Thank's Terambulan, my error.

Thanks Rojash. I'd forgotten what it was called, but your answer was what I was looking for. THANK's again.
