after spending almost 50 minutes on a 0870 line with brother help line I am still no further. My printer throws outsheet after sheet when I try to print off from PDF. Brother told me there is something wrong with my adobe program but I cannot find any web support. Can anybody tell me how to get help. I wanted to print off my electricity bill which I get over the internet, but I do need a copy in order to send this to the ombudsman. Enormous trouble with npower which has been going on for the last 6 months.

You could try the "Repair Adobe Reader Installation" which is on the Help drop down menu in my version.

Or, uninstall the adobe reader and then download the latest version.

Or even better, uninstall Adobe Reader and install Foxit Reader instead.
