Theoretically a 'TV out' socket should require nothing more than a suitable cable to connect it to a TV's Scart socket (or phono inputs), with the TV switched to 'AV' (rather than to any numbered channel). However, I wouldn't be at all surprised if this didn't actually work.
I have one laptop permanently connected to my tv (and stereo) this way to use for playing music, films videos, or stuff like iPlayer, (the laptop screen is turned of and I "remote" into it to control it.
