1) Place your cursor on the first character and left cick 3 times. It will highlight the whole paragraph. While highlighted, then RIGHT click anywhere in the text and then click copy. Then you can paste it into a word document and print.
2) Place your cursor to the left of the first character and then left click and drag your cursor to the end of the paragraph. When all highlighted, RIGHT click anywhere in the text and then click copy. Then you can paste it into a word document and print.

Triple-clicking (as per Sir.Prize's first method) doesn't work for me with Firefox. However Sir.Prize's second paragraph describes my method. (Except that, being left-handed, I find it more natural to 'click and drag' from the end of the selected text to the beginning, in order to highlight it).
