update server

How can I connect to my avg update server? I cleared the computer by pressing F10,Reconnected to the internet but cannot update avg OR list anything on Coppernic agent (all searches come up zero) Thanks all, John

The machine is a compaq presario about 2 years old. It kept "freezing" and I think it was YOU that said reset it to an earlier time....Holding in F10 whilst starting up reset it to the beginning. I had to do it as if I had just bought the thing, and managed to set it up for the internet,and so far can't update AVG or use Coppernic. Any ideas?? (before I shed this mortal coil) Ta!! John.
