When I try to copy a document sent from elsewhere to My Documents, it appears in a file called Scrap, which I have never seen before. If I then try to forward it, it is quarantined (at least by one of the addresses). This never happened before. I did a disk clean-up last week, and it seems to date from then. Any advice, please, on how I can get it back to normal?
Many thanks

I've just tried copying/pasting the message from AB editor telling me that there was a reply to my question - no problem. The one that was quarantined was an attachment to an email, with (I think, because I've now deleted it and emptied the Deleted folder) shs instead of .doc. But there were two others (also attachments) that went into the Scrap folder.
