Rojash When I went into Tools/IO/Sec/Custom Level/ there was lots of things disabled like;
Allow scripting of IE web browser control (disabled)
Allow status bar updates via scripts (disabled)
Allow websites to prompt for information using scripted windows (disabled)
Do I need these enabled am I missing out..or why would I want them disabled.
Scripting of java applets was enabled.
Thanks

The first item you mention is in the miscellaneous section.
Scroll down to the Scripting section (i.e where Scripting is shown in the right-most position - not indented)
The subsections are indented:
Active Scripting: Enable
Programmatic clipboard access: Prompt
Status bar updates via script: Disable
Allow websites to prompt for.... : Disable
Scripting of Java applets: Enable.
Have you tried updating your Flash Player?
The reason for enabling or disabling the various option is to reach a compromise between functionality and security/privacy.
