Why do you want to do this??
Assuming you have it connected by a cable at the moment you would be far far better off leaving it like that, Wireless is slower, less stable and less secure.
The only benefit wireless has is you can move about while using it, but unless your planning to pick your desktop up and try walking round the house with it then no point in going wireless!
