I've just uploaded a video of my baby granddaughter onto FB. It took ages and I was still waiting for the site to tell me that it was complete when my son sent me a message about it.
I can't play the video but others can. When I click the "play video" arrow, it says "loading" and the sign moves, but nothing happens.

It plays OK on Windows Photo Gallery. What am I doing wrong?
