I have just purchased one, the shop set it up for me and i have wired it by ethernet to my main pc. The problem is with my sons netbook, it connects fine and i put in the wep key and it accepted it, the setting for connection on the netbook even say the connection is strong, the only trouble is i cannot get the netbook to display any web pages it just says cannot display, can anyone help?

not a brand of router I know..

but if the shop set it up for you then take it back and tell them to set it up again using WPA not WEP.

WEP is almost useless as security, your neighbours 14yr old can probably crack it!

I've had a number of edimax routers with no problems (except the occasional lightning strike). As Chuck says, set it up as WPA not WEP.

You can configure it yourself by typing 192.168.2.1 into your browser. Unless they change it in the shop, you log in as admin, pw 1234.
