Access Denied!
When trying to open certain folders on my PC (Windows Vista), or change the name of a folder, sometimes a pop up will appear stating "you need permission to carry out this task - access is denied" How do I get access? I log on as administrator. I never had this problem with Windows XP.

Well who or what can give permission? I am logged on as administrator and I`m the only user on the pc.
Sometimes I find it impossible to delete something, which I could have done in xp.
