virus prog

My son downloaded a anti virus prog that lasted only 4 weeks .Now i cannot get rid of this from my laptop when it 's started all the time . Tried from the control panel but with no luck .

It clearly says it's a 30 day trial version - if you wish to carry on using it you have to pay . Don't know why you can't uninstall ,Our Lord Chuck may be a long later . They do have a support forum on there website

You could try there. When you do get rid of it come back on & ask for really free & effective anti-spyware
