Pah!! Last time I had a phone call from them,I could just barely understand the foreign person at the other end of my line.These so called Call centres are a waste of time.
Sorry to be slightly racist,but these Indian,etc. people on the phone are terrible to hear clearly what they are trying to say.I've often asked them to repeat what they're saying.
Pah!!! I would much prefer to hear a more articulate person.
I think the important thing is, when phoning your ISP, is not how long it takes for them to reply but whether or not you can understand a word they are saying once the do answer.
A couple of years ago I signed up for their (then) new free broadband. Unfortunately I signed an 18 months contract and at the end of the 18 months I was still waiting to get my broadband. So once I could get out of the contract, I did and I would not touch them with a bargepole.
