orange connection

hi is anyone having problems connecting to orange i have spent nearly 1hour trying to connect tonight.i have had problems for about 3 weeks now.checked all filters phone line swapped modem sometimes it connects straight away. when it cant connect i get error code12007 server name and address cant be resolved. can anyone advise as to what might be wrong. as a bit lost when it comes to troubleshooting.

From what I have been told ect, Unless you stick with BT, SKY, VIRGIN, TALKTALK or other MAIN companies for your broadband, phone line, and tv, then you are at quite large risk of becoming prone to regular faults. If anything, you would prob pay the same if not LESS for broadband with one of the above ISP's

hi thanks for your answers.could not get connected at all last night. but connected straight away this morning. hence i am late in thanking you all.will get my son to try the remedy on the forum deggers as he is more comp savvy than me.once again thanks .
