How can I update my Java, flash and windows?

I am not getting the same pictures on a website that everyone else is, and they said it might be because of this? any ideas? ES

Java should be automatic, it will tell you when updates are ready (you do download the updates when prompted don't you?)

Flash, goto http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ and install (take the tick out the free mcafee scan)

Windows, run a windows update (start > all program > windows update)

Well I did the Java one I think, it installed it but I can't find it anywhere! I tried the adobe and all it does is bring up a screen with two steps on what to do but no other button to take you beyond that! Will I have to uninstall the current one?

Go to the following site for your Java downloads:
http://java.com/en/download/manual.jsp
then select the correct OS for your system.
For your Flash downloads go to :
www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/ - United States
which will automatically uninstall your old Flash Player, and install the update, finally run Windows update to check for available updates to your OS
