Recently I've had to re-install Windows due to a hard drive failure and thus all of my program data has been lost, including iPhone sync data back ups. After re-installing iTunes I've plugged my iPhone in to re-sync but iTunes thinks the phone is synced with a different library (my old install) and wants to wipe all the data on my phone and replace it with data in the new library, ie nothing.
How do I get all my phone data from the phone and onto this new install of iTunes?

Thanks but not quite what I was after. I need to download all my iPhone data to my new install of iTunes. If I do a straight sync iTunes will delete everything off my phone as it thinks the phone is synced to another library.
Basically, I need to deauthorise the deleted iTunes, which I can't do without having 5 authorised computers.

Luckily, having a jail broken iPhone I was ableto use my iPhone Browser to search through and retrieve most data from the phone. Also luckily, all my music and pictures on the computer were saved to a separate hard drive so I didn't lose any of that. I went for sync and it asked me whether I want to keep items purchased on the iPhone (mainly apps) and transfer them to the new library. Damn right I do.
hi skids all your apps paid for or not can be downloaded again for nothing as the have records of your purchases,i was glad about that too
You may try this iphone transfer, I know it can copy music, video, playlist, etc. files from iPhone to computer and iTunes.
