I was unable to open my emails this afternoon ( OK earlier today). Whenever my inbox showed, I was unable to read them. A message appeared on the screen saying I had an Invalid XML Error and told me to report it to the BT Yahoo Customer Care. I filled in the online form and sent in. Within a few minutes, I got a reply back - but guess what?? I CANT open it to read it!

Luckily my husband has a laptop so I am trying to contact them using that. Anyone else seen this error message?
