Note Book or Net Book
A friend has recommended that I buy Samsung N130 Note Book. When I checked on Comet website I see "netbook" but not "Note book." I need one for writing word. Is there a difference? I need to order today. Thanks.

Netbooks typically have about 10inch screen maximum, a slightly smaller than standard keyboard, no CD/DVD drive and a low power processor designed to give best battery life, not best performance.
Notebooks (also called laptops) can generally be considered to be a replacement for a desktop PC with most of the same features and performance, they have larger screens, full size keyboards and will have a built in CD/DVD drive.

It's a bit of a wide ranging statement to say "If you want to use Word then go for a Notebook not a Netbook." as pirwany has not stated where and how they intend to use word.
If they want to use word on the move then portability and good battery life may be far more important than a full size keyboard and large screen and netbooks will run word perfectly well.
Pirwany,
I'd suggest you goto your local computer shop such as PC world and try out a few netbooks to see if you can cope with the slightly reduced keyboard size, they are not much smaller than a normal keyboard (93% of the size typically) and I personally have no problems using them (and I have large hands!)
the most important thing if you want to use word though is make sure you get one with windows on it, not linux.
(also word will not come with either a netbook or a notebook, you'd have to buy it separately)
