Sounds like you need to contact your ISP - who provides your email...?
Well I don't understand what you are asking!

I'm guessing you are having a problem of some sorts with your email, but you've given us no information about what your problem is, what email system you are using or anything to help give an answer.

Try again, but this time just say what you are trying to do, what you are using to do it and what errors your are getting.
Reading between the lines, it sounds as though the OP's ISP's mail server is having technical problems and is only sending down the email headers. When the OP tries to click on one of the emails, his email client would then try to download the main body - it sounds like this is failing...

Iam with utility warehouse as my internet provider but use aol mail as my email as didn't want to change my email address. When I click on email it shows me who the email is from but isn't allowing me to go furthere and open the mail.I get the white screen telling me have a broken server and page can't be displayed.
You need to contact AOL.
OK thank you.

I've just tried to access my dads AOL mail and it is reporting an error too.

Looks like AOL have problems, you'll just have to wait until they sort it out.

OK thanks....but as Iam no longer with aol....just use aol mail, don't suppose utility warehuse can fix it?
NO they can't

They will have no control over somebody elses systems!
Try it from another PC and/or with a different web browser. If it were AOL that got bust - my guess is it would be fixed sharpish.
