Could you copy the photo onto a CD and take that to Tesco?

I use a USB cable
Send it back along the USB cable..............
Connect in the same way but drag the picture from the usual 'destination folder' and put it in the 'source folder'.
when your camera is attached to the computer does it not appear as a removable drive in "My computer"?

As Doc says you should have a card slot.

You could also download the picture onto a DVD/CD and take it.
sorry les didn't see that

I'm not sure if I've done it right. When I go to "my computer" it is saying it's on "removable disc" but is it on the actual memory card or just on the camera's internal memory? I'm not very good at technology so don't be to technical with me please.
When I connect my camera, I get a 'removable drive' icon in My Computer.
Opening that takes me into the Files available on the camera 'Nikon 100' (or similar) and opening that shows the individual photographs.

All I do then is locate the photograph on my computer and drag it *back* into the Nikon 100 folder............which is on the SD card.

There is a slot in my computer for a memory card but the memory cad doesn't fit it!
Copy picture. Open up "My Computer", browse to camera (memory card will be default location). Right click, paste.

Done that, but the photo is still not appearing on the memory card if I plug it back in as though I'm going to put the photo on computer. However, it does say that it already exists when I right click to paste. I can't tell if it's on the card or not - I think I'll just have to go to Tesco and try. Thank you one and all - I'll let you know how get on.
It won't show on the camera because it's not in the correct folder on the card for the camera to read it.

It will be on there though and Tesco will be able to get it off the card.

Ahhh. I see - I think. Right-ho I'm off to Tesco, see you all later.
