Outlook Express on my phone

Hi Guys, I'm trying to get myself into the 21st century by getting a 500MB bolt-on to my Nokia 6303i mobile in order to send & collect my Outlook Express emails BUT I haven't a clue how I go about it. Can anyone give me help on the correct procedure to follow please. Being a Senior Citizen means we need guidence from you young guys out there.

You will have to upgrade your email program to Windows Live Mail or Windows Live Hot Mail as Outlook Express is no longer supported. You should speak to your phone supplier about this as the phone OS has to support what you are wanting to do .Nokia are using Symbian OS but some have Windows 7 as well.
