I've no experience of Firefox, but it looks as if it means "close down every other programme you've got open" as something else open at the moment is stopping Adobe updating.

You need to close all other applications when you are installing adobe flash player. Close your Firefox browser page which has the adobe flash player site also.

I recently installed AFP as instructed by you Chuckfickens, but now a box keeps appearing.It says a script in this movie is causing AFP to run slowly if it continues to run your computer may become unresponsive .Do you want to abort the script ?Yes or no. There is nothing running only my tabs that are open.I sent a crash report that came up. I also clicked on the yes, all to no avail
It is going so slow, can you help me please ?
