http 500 server error

I am having great difficulty getting in to my emails every morning and I always get the message "http 500 server error". Fortunately I have emails in my "favourites" so I can access them in that way. Can anyone tell me please, what is http 500 and how to I solve the problem? Thank you.

HTTP 500 is an error on the web server. You can't fix it, only they can.
You say you can get there via the shortcut in your Favourites, but you don't tell us how you are trying to get there when it fails.

Hi rojash.Thanks for your reply. I boot up my computer in the morning, click on emails and then the message comes up. I've had no problems in the past but over the past few days the error message has occurred. Thanks again for your reply. I appreciate your help.
