I shall be on the phone first thing in the morning and God help the person who answers it...know it is not directly their fault,but am so angry!!!
Question is,,,will they understand me,,I know I will have great trouble understanding THEM!!!
Another thing that annoys me..all these fantastic offers they put out...but..oh..only for NEW customers!!!I have told them about this when I have rang up about the offers,,said how unfair,I have been with them for ever,yet never get any "rewards"....
I fear they shall be losing my custom at this rate.
Does anyone out there ever have problems with BT???
