I've just registered with a large garden supplies website and when I went to log on this message came up..

Is it anything to worry about? I don't shop on the internet very often, I'm a bit paranoid. :)

and I have good news, re the fuss I made about being too old for a mammogram, I have today in the post an appointment for 19th sept at 18.20, success.

Driving me mad having Mr N here all the time, so he got the message and disappeared all am, so I could change the settee throws, and cushion covers, sweep, mop and dust, makes me feel so much better. I made a cheesey tom, flan thing for dinner with a salad. We are buying wild local strawbs which are so sweet and tasteful, and cheap at 1.50€ a punnet. The other forced stramberries in the supermarkets are tasteless and 4€ a punnet.

Had a lovely dip in the pool, really refreshing. My face is sweating now, awful, I hate this heat.
I've spent the evening wrestling with my knitting .Having finished the band at long last I've now pinned it out in readiness to sew it all up .The pins keep falling out .I need longer pins .I'm at the stage of shoving it in a bag and forgetting about it !
Lol..Neti ..I've had Mr S at home 24/7 since he retired 10 years ago .I think if I made him leave the house so I could do housework we would be in the divorce courts .I just clean round him :)
Actually, in all seriousness, I'm grateful really that he is at home and well again because he does an awful lot for me that I can't manage to do these days .
Goodnight all sleep toight .
Yes I shouldn't moan about Mr N it's just that with his golf etc for the last 36yrs I learnt to amuse hija and myself, although we always had Sundays as a family day.
Am watching CBB (I know I know but too hot for serious stuff!) Just jumped in pool , lovely itwas.
Haha ...I have to say though ,he's not allowed near the washing machine !
The washing machine is mine ..all mine .Lol
I put the stuff in,set the programme and all he's allowed to do is switch it on .
Good morning raining dirty rain here. Can't do a
Iink on this but Sandra Howard is fed up with having Michael home now he's retired. I am not the only one. We live n such a small villa and the lounge is the centre, we have to go through it whetevervwe want to go, and if someone is lolling there it is a tad annoying.
lolling isn't so bad, but if he was psmling...
ha ha Jno, specially as Neti has just got the cat sorted.
Cat is not sorted, damn thing.
Morning all
Lovely day and a tad warmer than of late . Doesn't look too promising for the bank holiday though .
I was thinking Mr S was retired for ten years but it's nearly twelve years actually so he informed me when I asked him .God knows where the time has gone .Twelve years of tin tidying and fridge rearrangement ..lol.
Hope you're all ok .
Eeek dejavu shaney, Mr N was searching in the freezer and moaning like mad about all the unused bags of stuff, so I just said, I don't have to listen to your moaning, you go ahead and enjoy it, I'm off! and off I went, he was so surprised, and so nice to me when I got back! I told him that if he wasns't here all the time I would get around to tidying it all but just can't do it with him hovering!!
chatting to hija, she is happy (atm!), I've seen her house on google maps, they are all hungover! as the boss took them all to a meal at Dubai harbour, and they could wear strapless mini dresses, as they went in a taxi and were not on the streets.
Mr N made a lovely chicken, pot and peanut thai curry with delicious fried rice, I had 3 platefuls. I suppose he has his uses.
Here endeth neti's blog (maybe!)
Hi all just calling in to say I'm on my way home tomorrow after looking after
Steady since Wednesday. He's on the mend now and his girlfriend is coming tomorrow so I'm out of here. Even so I've quite enjoyed it. He had his first decent meal this evening so I'm happy now. Especially as well as The Rams beat Fulham (down from the Premiership) 5-1. Good game, good game! I actually managed to get there to see it.
Going to watch Dr. Who now. I apologise for not catching up properly with all your posts cos sons need some cleaning doing as well well they get you staying with them.
See you when I get home. Goodnight all Biddyfriends everywhere.
There's nothing nicer than watching Dr. Who. with your son playing some lovely guitar music at the top of the house. Peace!
Well done steady and Jude. Hope he is on the mend now, nice mothering them occasionally isn't it.
Not bad Neti! He doesn't let me very often. Dr Who was good!
And yes he's on the mend thanks.
glad he's on the mend Jude, yes I enjoyed Dr Who, I think Peter Capaldi is an excellent choice, i had only seen him as Malcolm Tucker and thought he might be a bit one dimensional.
Morning Woofy thanks a lot. I enjoyed Dr.Who too. I thought Capaldi was brill. Looking forward to the rest of the series.

Morning all of you are ok. Have a good Sunday. I'm getting up now for my brekky! Laters gaters!
