Vaudix Video Plugin - Acceptable Or Alternatives?

When I open this page, I am told "You need the Vaudix Plugin to watch this video.", which I have NEVER heard of. Hovering the mouse over the "Download Now!" button shows the URL-link "http://lp.vaudix.com/jak/". Both the Vaudix Plugin and this URL appear rather unfriendly! CAN I USE THIS PLUGIN?
