How Do I Access Horde Email?

My work email is Horde. I am told that I can access it at home very easily, however for some reason every time I try to it will not let me log on. The log on fields do not recognise my password etc and just keep asking for it. Its definitely correct, and everyone else at work has said they can do it from home without any problems. My computer runs on Windows 7, is it anything to do with my settings? Any advice (not too techy please!) would be gratefully received, I'm having too many headaches over this. Thanks

I know nothing about Horde. (Until I read your post I'd never even heard of it). But I note, from a bit of googling, that you might need to enter your FULL email address (NOT just the bit before the @ sign) in the username field. Could that be where you're going wrong?
