Inserting Folders To E-Mail

I created 1 new folder containing 2 more folders and inserted 4 files in each folder. The idea was to Insert these 2 folders into a mail but it will not let me. The only way I can do it is by inserting the files one at a time i.e. 8 files. I'm sure in the past I have been able to insert folders containing files into previous messages. Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong.

You need to zip the file I think and then send it.

Right click the folder, choose 'send to' and choose 'compressed (zipped) folder'.

Thanks CheekyChops have resent in a zipped all 8 files and resent. Hopefully the recipient will be able to open it and view files OK. Thanks again
