I have posted about Right Coupon before and was advised to use Malaware which I did...STILL got the pop ups of RC....GRRR!!!!!
What else can I do...desparate!!

Restart your computer in Safe Mode. (Press F8 during the start-up process, before the Windows Screen opens). Your screen will probably look very odd because the video driver won't have loaded but don't worry about it.

Then run Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware again. If it finds something nasty, click on the button to view the detailed results. Check that all of the boxes are ticked and then use the option to remove all selected items. Then restart your computer to get Windows to load normally.

Then go to 'Add or Remove Programs' or 'Programs and Features' (depending on your version of Windows) to find the list of all installed programs. Look to see if there's anything suspicious there. If there is, remove it and then restart your computer again.

Lastly, open your web browser and look at the list of extensions (= 'add-ons') that are installed. Again remove anything that looks suspicious. You've not told us which browser you're using but the instructions for Internet Explorer 9 are here:

(In other browsers, such as Firefox, you normally need to go via the Tools menu to locate 'Add-ons')

Hi there again,sorry not got back to you sooner,lots to do.
First,I am Windows 7.have IE11
Also have Chrome which I tend to use more often and that is where I ran my Maleware from.

When I ran Maleware,I ticked all the boxes and removed them all.
When I go into safe mode will I be able to see the Maleware icon to start it ?

you say go to `Add or Remove Programmes`do you mean in the Control Panel?
How do I know what is suspicious?Same goes for Add-Ons

Something else I want to ask.I keep getting a pop up for updating Java,but when I try to,it won`t.Plus Norton scans and says it is unstable.

Probably. If not, you can find it from Start > All programs.

Yes (although you need to go via 'Programs & Features in Windows 7).

Look for anything that was installed around the date that the problem first occurred (and that you don't remember installing yourself).

Most people won't have many add-ons (if any at all). So you should easily be able to see if there's anything there you don't need. (If in doubt just choose the 'disable', rather than 'remove', option. Then you can enable it again later if you want to).

Uninstall Java:
