I'm trying to send photos by email but MS keeps asking me to sign into my account.

Ive given in but when trying to recover my P/W I eventually arrive at:-

Enter your security code
If [my email address] matches the email address on your account, we'll send you a code.

A box below expects me to enter my [7 figure] code - yet I don't have one!
