Zylom Games

I am having trouble downloading Zylom Games, I get a message that I am not connected to the internet when I am and that Zone Control, Windows Firewall and Norton are blocking this and should be altered to allow downloading. When I go into the Windows Firewall it says it is managed by Norton. Do not know what to do on Norton to allow Zylom through. The only way I have found to down load Zylom games is to switch off Norton Fire Wall, download and then switch the Firewall on again. I am sure there must be some other easier and SAFER way. Please can anyone helpwith step by step instructions. Thank you.

Since writing the above have found my so called solution does not work. The message I receive is this:-

You need to be connected to the Internet to continue.
Please check your security settings
