Windows messenger

I have windows messenger but a friend would like to get it too. It was a long time ago when I set it up so I don't remember too much about it, but I seem to remember that there is some way for me to send them an invite to join which makes it a pretty easy process. Does anyone know how?

Just to add to that it was windows live messenger I typed in.

thanks wendilla - rather stupidly I didn't even think of doing that. I just presumed that it would be far more complex!

Try to add your friends email to your contacts list. it will then tell you they are not a member and give you option to send link about it. There is newer version now called windows live messanger. Go to website to update your version
