I bought a cheaper one and spent hours and hours trying to set it up and on the phone to the (very expensive) helpline.
I was told by a friend that this one was good and it was up and running in minutes. It's very user friendly and I've had no problems since. Worth paying the extra I'd say.

(I have the latter. It's great.)
