In the last few days when looking at popular sites eg. answerbank E Bay etc its taking around 15 secs for the pages to open says i am getting 1.0 mbps sometimes 917kbs used to be 2.0 before I moved house in August distance from the exchange I am told but as only been a problem in the last few days Windows Xp and Tiscali Broadband anyone any ideas to improve things.Please make it simple to understand a bit numb on computers Thanks
