Why not buy an external plug and play hard drive? They are very cheap now and convenient. But if you are set on on line storage, this has good reviews:

You say your hard dirve is full, but only mention 700Mb of files.
If this is a new PC or laptop then it will probably have at 40Gb or 80Gb (or bigger) drive so what is taking up all the space?
(If it is an old PC then it will of course have a much smaller hard drive)
Have you perhaps got 2 partitions (C and D) and it is only your C drive that is full and you have an empty D drive sitting there doing nothing?
How big is your hard disk?
(On Windows go into My Computer, locate the hard drive, right click on it and choose Properties. This should tell you how big your hard drive is and how much space is free)
