Firefox 3 download day

Apparently it's Firefox 3 Download day today http://www.spreadfirefox.com/en-US/worldrecord / . Any body participating ? personally I think I'll wait & see what others think first . Bound to be issues wouldn't you think?

The beta has been out for quite a while. I have used it and it seems to work alright.

yeah I was using the linux beta version for a little while and seemed ok, it automatically updated to the final version about 2weeks ago for me.

all seems stable and OK but a lot of the add-ons won't work on 3

If this extension works with 3, it will force add-ons to be compatible

Note that it's only being counted for the world record attempt from 10am pacific time (San Francisco).

Hence, for the UK it's 6pm Tuesday 17th.

Don't download til then, and then you can count towards the world record atttempt of most downloads on a single day.

(But as the above note, this is just RC3 repackaged, which has been available for a week or two. And for everyone except Mac users, RC3 was unchanged from RC2, which has been out even longer.)
