I exchange emails with my friend every day but they are arriving in my in box blank, and when I click on previous emails from her they are blank as well, but I have already read them. Does anyone know what could be the matter? and have i pressed something inadvertantly?

What I can't understand is why her previous emails have gone blank, must be something I have done but what I don't know. Someone will come up with an answer hopefully. I have a i.t. expert booked but he can't come until next week. Thanks McTavish for trying to help.

Hi, This is a very interesting item, i have exactly the same problem, also with Tiscali, but other emails are fine, only happening on one persons messages!?

Very interesting, if you find an answer will you let me know? Tiscali are still working on it and say they are treating it as a priority!! Very strange isn't it?
I have found that if I right click and go to 'view source' I can read the email in amongst all the other data, have you tried this?

I.T. man been today and it has him foxed as well, thinks it may be something to do with automatic upgrades. Told me to go to the library and see if I can read the emails from another computer.
Tiscali also rang me today and are still working on it, seems like it may be a fault with them.

Still having the same trouble. I have emailed tiscali again regarding this and guess what - their email, no doubt confirming receipt, arrived with the main body blank. Doesn't say much for their on-line support does it?

I am at last sorted.
My I.T. man came back today and cured the problem somehow.
